So, how can you use essential oils to enhance your immunity and protect you?

All essential oils have antiseptic properties to some extent and many of them are effective at helping treat harmful bacteria, fungus and viruses. As well as this, some essential oils may help stimulate the immune system by increasing your blood flow or by supporting other parts of your body.

3. Lemon Essential Oil


The scent of Lemon conjures up thoughts of cleansing, detoxifying and clearing. It is a lovely stimulating oil for the circulatory system aiding in digestive functions and lymphatic drainage. It is reported to increase the activity of the immune system with good antiseptic and anti-infectious properties.

4. Eucalyptus Essential Oil
