Refund & Return policy

Faulty Products

At ECO. we don't want to mess around with confusing return policies and portals. If you believe you have a faulty product and it is under our 12-month warranty, please email enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com with your order number and a video of the faulty product. Our customer experience team will replace or refund faulty products immediately - no need to send them back to us.

 

Happiness Guarantee Policy

Here at ECO. we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a happiness guarantee policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a refund or store credit.

  • Unused & unopened items - If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund! (Please note the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund)
  • Open/Used Items - If you have used your products and no longer want to keep them, return them to us within 30 days to receive a store credit of your purchase price. (Please note the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund/store credit)

Items purchased on sale can not be returned under the happiness guarantee.

 

Returns Portal

  • Lodge a happiness return using our online returns portal
  • Enter in your order number and email address used when placing the order
  • Select item/s you wish to return and why
  • Select your refund option (store credit or refund) and confirm return
  • Hang tight your return label will be emailed to you.

Product Warranty

All ECO. accessories are covered under our 12-month warranty. The warranty starts from the date of purchase. If your product becomes faulty within this time frame, please contact our customer experience team on enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com with your order number and issues.

 

Order Edits

Due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse we are unable to add items to any orders once placed, this ensures that all our customers receive their parcels as fast as possible.

 

Unclaimed Parcels

If you fail to collect your item from the post office it will be returned to our head office. If you would like this reshipped to you we will charge you a shipping fee of $10 to do so.

 

Return to Sender Parcels

If you enter the wrong address on your parcel and it is returned to us you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee for us to resend this.
