Refund policy

Here at ECO. we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a happiness guarantee policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a refund or store credit.

The nitty gritty: 

  1. Unused & unopened items

If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund! (Please note we will not refund shipping costs & you will need to pay for return postage) 

  1. Open/Used Items

If you have used your products and no longer want to keep them, return them to us within 30 days to receive a store credit of your purchase price. (Please note we will not credit back shipping costs and you will need to pay for return postage). 

How to return:

  1. Email enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com with your order number & items being returned. Completing this step before you return your items to ensure we can process your refund/credit as soon as possible.
  2. Pack up your unwanted items as safely and possible in a box and return your items to:

  1. Once we receive the items back, we will refund or credit your account. (Please note this step is only completed when we receive your items back, please allow 2-3 days processing time after your items are received back at our warehouse).

FAULTY ITEMS EXCHANGE

If you believe your items may be faulty, please email enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please provide photo evidence if possible. We will process an exchange/refund as soon as possible for you.
