Costs and Delivery Estimates

Australia:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50!  Shipping charges for orders under $50 will be calculated at the checkout. 
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped same day, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. Express Post will be delivered 1-2 days from the date of dispatch. 

East coast estimate 3-7 business days

West coast estimate 14-21 business days. 

Click and Collect: 

We offer free click and collect in the Gold Coast. If you want same day essential oils select click and collect at the checkout and your order will be ready within 2 hours to pick up at our Burleigh Heads Warehouse. 

United States, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom & Singapore:

Rest of the world:

Free standard shipping over $150! Orders under $150 have a shipping fee of $20. Delivery is estimated 5-25 business days depending in your location, you can check up to date timelines via our International Courier Partner here. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Ireland. 

Worldwide Policies

If any issues are faced with your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email, as the customer it is your responsibility to provide accurate and timely information for delivery.  

Unclaimed/Returned/Lost Parcels

Unclaimed: if you fail to collect your item from the post office it will be returned to our head office. If you would like this reshipped to you we will charge you a shipping fee of $10 to do so.

Incorrect Address: If you enter the wrong address on your parcel and it is returned to us you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee for us to resend this. 

Any unclaimed/returned parcels that you would prefer to have refunded instead of shipped will have an $8 refund/admin fee applied. 

Lost Parcels: If your shipment has been lost in transit please contact our customer service team. We will lodge a query with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel, please note it can take up to 4 working days to receive a response. If your parcel cannot be located we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. 

Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
