Lavender Essential Oil: AUST L 426414 - A light floral aroma, well known for its relaxing and healing qualities. Lavender is a nerve tonic and is beneficial for times of stress, irritation and sleeplessness.

Peppermint Essential Oil: A fresh and invigorating essential oil to uplift the spirit, stimulate mental clarity and improve concentration.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or more of your ECO. Favourites 10 Pack.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops of Lavender or Dream Drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Adults and children 12 years and over.
Use as required up to 6 times per day.

By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Atlas Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Juniper Berry or Rosemary during pregnancy. Peppermint essential oil is not recommended in the early stages of pregnancy however safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired. Is this safe for children?
In this collection avoid using; Australian Shores Blend, Immune Support Blend, Sinus Clear Blend, Peppermint & Women's Blend. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
