Before using your essential oil rollerball, ask yourself what exactly is the area you are trying to support. Make sure you read the label attentively. Gently roll the rollerball on the desired area and massage into the skin. You may want to apply it to your wrists, forearms, chest, back of the neck, temples, abdomen or lower back according to your needs.
You can benefit from applying essential oils topically not only by inhaling the aroma, but also because of the physical benefits of skin application. For example, you may want to apply an essential oil topically to help relieve aching muscles, a bloated abdomen or a headache. Essential oils have a range of physical benefits such as anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, analgesic, expectorant and antispasmodic. Applying essential oils topically may help support specific physical issues while also positively affecting your mind. Always patch test first. Do not apply on broken skin.
You can make your own essential oil rollerballs by choosing an existing essential oil blend or combining different pure essential oils.
