Try Before You Buy

We’re excited to announce our collaboration with Try with Mirra! It’s important to us that you feel confident exploring our essentials from the comfort of your home. Now, you can experience our products before buying, completely risk-free!

How it Works

1. Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.

2. Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the products.

3. Try at Home: Once your order arrives, you’ll have 3 days to explore and experience the essential oils before deciding what to keep.

4. Complete Order: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Returns

If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email when we receive your return request.

Return Guidelines:
Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.

If you return all items from the order, a $10 restocking fee will be applied.

FAQs

What products can I try before I buy?

The Try Before You Buy service is available for all non-subscription products.

How does the authorisation process work?

When you use the TBYB service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

Where is this service available?

This service is currently available within Australia only, and applies to full-priced essentials or selected collections at our discretion. Note this feature is not currently available in The ECO. App.

How do complete my order?

Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.

What is the Restocking Fee?

A $10 restocking fee will only apply if all items from your Try at Home are returned. If you keep at least one item, no restocking fee will be charged.

Can I use a discount code?

This service is offered on full-priced essentials or selected collections at the brand’s discretion.

What happens if I return items late?

If your return is scanned at the post office after your 3 days returns window has closed, your card will be charged. Returns received within 21 days may still be eligible for store credit, but you will no longer qualify for the Try at Home policy.

How much of a product can I use during the trial?

To remain eligible for return, no more than 1/8th of the bottle may be used. Anything beyond that will be considered a purchase, not a trial.

When is the payment hold released if I return items?

If you return items from your Try at Home order, the payment hold will remain in place until the returned items are received and processed. Once your return is inspected and accepted, the hold will be partially or fully released depending on what you choose to keep.

Processing times may vary depending on shipping and your bank.
