Winter can be a trying time for our immune systems and as the weather cools down, many of us are struck down by the dreaded cold or flu. A great way to ease chest and head congestion is by using a chest rub. Many store bought chest rubs contain nasty chemicals that can have a negative impact on your health. We've developed an all natural recipe that you can easily make at home!
