Spring is in the air! Memories of the cold are finally starting to slip away and are being replaced by afternoons in the warm sunshine and an abundance of beautiful flowers all around. Spring is a time of renewed energy, it's the perfect time to revitalise and energise, leaving winter behind and embracing the fresh new season.

While it's a wonderful time of year, the change in seasons can also be tough on the immune system and can trigger allergies. Especially during springtime, hay-fever sufferers may experience heightened allergies and reactions to the change in weather.

Citrus oils in particular are very refreshing and uplifting, with lots of benefits for the mind, body and household. Here are some of our favourite essential oils to detox, energise and cleanse this Spring.
