Rose Water Mist:Created through distillation and sometimes referred to as Rose Water, hydrosol contains tiny traces of Essential Oil and offers a more delicate, rose scent compared to Rose Essential Oil. A gentle and versatile spray that can be used for all skin types. The antioxidant properties of Rose hydrosol help to strengthen skin cells and regenerate skin tissues. Rose Water mist is a must have addition to your skin care routine to refresh and rehydrate.

Lavender Essential Oil: .Lavender essential oil has been used traditionally in aromatherapy for calming to assist with relief of sleeplessness, stress, mild anxiety and PMS symptoms.

Peppermint Essential Oil: A restful blend of sedative florals designed to ease a restful night’s sleep. This blend will naturally help calm the nervous system and promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep. Sweet dreams guaranteed.

Women's Blend Essential Oil: A light floral aroma, well known for its relaxing and healing qualities.

Sleep Bath Drops: Be soothed to sleep with this beautiful combination of sedative essential oils. This blend has been formulated to release body tension and calm the mind to encourage a quality sleep.

Rose Water Mist: A few light sprays across your face and body to hydrate, soothe and tone, or mist over pillow and linen to encourage a restful sleep, waking up refreshed.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or all three of your With Love collection.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Simply add a few drops of our Sleep Bath Drops to your bath and feel the calming aromas whisk you away into deep relaxation

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck. Women's Blend is beautiful as a perfume.

Lavender Essential Oil:For adults and Children 12 years or older. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.

Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10mL carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard any unused portion.
