Essential oils are beneficial for everyone, however they can sometimes be dismissed by the men in our lives when it comes to a wellness alternative. There is a wide range of emotional, physical and therapeutic benefits from essential oils that they can take advantage of- with a little bit of our help along the way.

 

Men tend to favour the earthy, spicy, woody and citrus essential oils - however floral oils can cut through heavier oils in a blend but still keep a great masculine aroma.

Method + Use

1. Add your aloe vera gel to a bowl and mix in your sweet almond oil
