Regarding Returns: If you find that you purchased a box and simply didn't like its contents, we regret to inform you that returns are not accepted. This possibility is considered at the time of purchase, so we encourage you to make your choice thoughtfully.
For Damaged or Leaking Items: In the event that your goods arrive damaged or have experienced leaks during transit, we do offer replacements. To initiate this process, please capture a photograph of the damaged item, note your order number, and send this information to enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com. Our team will promptly receive your message and take the necessary steps to address the issue and provide a solution for you.
