Is the Life Hack Pack safe to use during pregnancy?
Some blends in this pack are not recommended during pregnancy (including blends with Peppermint, Cinnamon or strong herbal oils). We recommend diffusing only or using a 1% dilution if needed. Keep out of reach of children at all times. Some blends in this pack are not suitable for young children due to their strength. Essential oils are generally too strong for babies under 24 months.
