Close your eyes and immerse yourself into your perfect Summer. When the sun is up we are drawn outdoors to enjoy the world around us. For me it comes down to the best kinds of fruit, humid warm weather, long days in the sun and ocean, afternoon naps, evening storms and crisp, fresh icy cold drinks.

Essential oils can help keep our skin glowing, support our fuelled emotional fire and repair our muscle or body fatigue through the hot months. We've selected some of the best essential oils for Summer below.

1. Sweet Orange Essential Oil

Just like Summer with it’s warm weather, Sweet Orange instills a sense of joy and positivity.
