Frequently asked questions

Does this product have a warranty? Yes all ECO. Accessories have a 12 month warranty.

Is it normal for my diffuser to spark or glow when I plug it in?If the cord is already plugged into the wall then hot electricity will be travelling from the outlet to the diffuser, this will cause a rapid draw of power when plugged in which results in a slight glowing around the cord when entering the diffuser outlet. This is normal and comparable to static electricity. If you are experiencing this then we recommend to plug the diffuser outlet in first before plugging the power point into the wall which will resolve the issue.

Reviews

Satisfying visual experience!

"I absolutely love this diffusers appearance and that dimming ability of the light. Also that I can just choose to have the light on for ambience when not running the diffuser. I am uncertain about the diffusers diffusing abilities atm. Whilst it appears to work well - I am finding it difficult to detect the oil scent. Waiting to see if it’s just that I am used to the aroma or a number of other trouble shoot options before making a final judgment on this."

— Kerry M. (4/5)

Cool looking and smooth running

"This is my first ever diffuser - I am happy with how easy it is to use and how long the water in such a small container lasts. More importantly to me, I love how it looks, this retro glass top (over plastic base and container) looks so nice weather it's on or off. I want one in each room now and while I am happy with the smell of the scents I got, I look forward to playing with more and finding my 'signature scent'. Thank you."

Beautiful

"Love this diffuser. The vibe is creates is beautiful."

— Katrina M. (5/5)

Gorgeous warm light.

"I LOVE the warm glow from the diffuser, and having control over the brightness of the light, as well as the timer for not just the diffuser but the light function, means my nights are so much more restful. I’ll admit, Eco’s targeted social marketing got me real good here. I’m not an impulse spender, so I kept the retro diffuser open in my browser tabs for a good few weeks—until my bedroom lamp stopped working and I seized my opportunity. I’m thrilled. Now I want another one!"

— Memily R. (5/5)

"Gorgeous orange glass … the rest is plastic . Its very small and very overpriced ."

— Rebecca (4/5)

Love this!

"Lovely to look at and works so well"
