Lavender Essential Oil: The nurturing floral scent of Lavender essential oil gently cools and calms our spirits. A medicine cabinet in a bottle, Lavender is a must for the first aid kit.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Must-have in the household due to its multiple uses and benefits such as enhancing mood, easing headaches, relieving muscle aches, clearing blocked sinuses, supporting healthy digestion and treating skin conditions.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Well known for its healing effects on the respiratory system, Eucalyptus is an anti-septic, expectorant and helps reduce fever.

Geranium Essential Oil: The great harmoniser; with a herbaceous rose like scent, the essential oil of Geranium helps return us from anxiety to a place of calm while retaining alertness.
Cedarwood Essential Oil: Emotionally, Cedarwood can help us reconnect to ourselves and others. Cedarwood essential oil has anti-septic and diuretic properties can help soothe dry coughs and respiratory complains.
Sandalwood 10% Essential Oil: Sandalwood instils a deeply nurturing sense of peace and calm. It has been shown to boost the immune system and calm an irritated throat.
Vetiver Essential Oil: Vetiver is a stimulating oil for the immune system that is useful for treating skin infections, lowered immunity and improving the condition of blood vessels, liver congestion and sluggish digestion.
Black Pepper Essential Oil: The ‘go to’ oil to treat muscular aches and pains for those who have sensitive skin or are pregnant. When added to a diffuser blend Black Pepper is very fortifying and stimulating to the mind.
Rosemary Essential Oil: The ‘pick me up’ oil. Perfect to boost motivation, concentration and memory. Helpful when studying or for energising in the morning.
Neroli 3% Essential Oil: The emotional first aid kit oil. For use during times of stress, anxiety and shock. Soothing Neroli has anti-depressant qualities and can be used as a tonic to support the nervous system.
Lemon Essential Oil: A clean citrus scent which is uplifting and refreshing. An excellent antiseptic that can be used to make a disinfectant surface spray or diffused to prevent germs spreading through the air.
Clove Bud Essential Oil: Well known as an analgesic and is excellent for aching joints, muscle spasms and neuralgia. Clove Bud oil is a powerful anti-septic and can be used to treat bacterial, fungal and viral infections topically.
How to use
Diffuser:Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your Aromatherapist Essentials 12 Box.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower:Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath:Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically:Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
Massage:A full body massage blend for general use is 15 drops (adult) or 6 drops (children) of essential oils to 30ml of a carrier oil.

FAQ's
Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Atlas Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Rosemary & Vetiver. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children? In this collection avoid using; Vetiver, Peppermint, Cedarwood & Eucalyptus.Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets? Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon) & Eucalyptus essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
