Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml/3.38fl.oz carrier oil.
Bath: Add up to 5 drops in a dispersant such as oil or milk, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.
Compress: To a bowl of water, add 2 drops of essential oil. Agitate a face washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up. Apply to the abdomen and lower back to help reduce menstrual cramping and pain.
Blends well with: Bergamot, Cedarwood, German Chamomile, Frankincense, Neroli, Orange, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang.
Body: Can help reduce painful periods and PMS. May assist with menopause symptoms including hot flushes, headaches and sweating. Hormone balancing.
