Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Our Calm and Destress Blend has been specially formulated with Orange, Patchouli and Sandalwood essential oils to help ease the stresses of daily life, and bring calm to the mind and body. Sit back, relax and unwind.
Australian Shores Essential Oil Blend: Be inspired by this gorgeous blend of Lemon, Eucalyptus, Vanilla and Tea Tree to find your own tranquillity. Inspired by natural Australian botanicals and native plants, this subtle scent will transform your home or office into a relaxing inner sanctum.
Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Be soothed to sleep with this beautiful combination of Mandarin, Lavender, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang & Chamomile. Using sedative essential oils, this blend has been formulated to release body tension and calm the mind to encourage a quality sleep.
Happy Head Essential Oil Blend: Uplifting & soothing, this analgesic blend has been developed to help relieve headaches, soothe neck tension and improve mental clarity. Diffuse to help alleviate headaches or mix with a carrier oil and apply to the back to the neck to reduce tension.
Broadbeach Essential Oil Blend: Inspired by coastal living, this fresh and exotic aroma brings instant joy and freedom of mind. Just like the ocean, Broadbeach blend is soothing to the mind and nurturing to the soul.
How to use Well-loved Blends Collection
Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.
Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.
Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.
Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.

If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this essential oil safe to use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Happy Head Blend during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. For more information, see our full list of pregnancy-safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this essential oil safe for children?
We do not recommend using Australian Shores, Happy Head or Broadbeach around children due to Eucalyptus, Peppermint or Lemongrass ingredients. Essential oils are generally too strong for babies under 24 months and may overwhelm their developing systems. When diffusing, use fewer drops than you would for adults (around 2–3 drops). Is this essential oil safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus, Eucalyptus and Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. Always store essential oils out of reach, and if you have any concerns, consult your veterinarian. Can I ingest this essential oil?
