The clearing properties of Fir Needle and Rosalina, combined with the antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties of Lavender and German Chamomile make this blend a saviour during the change of season.

ECO. Little Pick Me Up Blend:
Your go-to for mornings when kids can’t get out of bed or simply when they need a little extra pick me up throughout the day! This energising yet balancing essential oil blend combines citrus and herbal aromas to help refresh, enhance energy levels and balance mood.

ECO. Little Immune Booster Blend:
With antibacterial, antiviral and immune supporting properties, this blend has been specifically developed to help prevent the spread of germs and to support a healthy immune system. Combining, Lemon, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon Myrtle and Sandalwood this blend is great to use when you or your little ones are feeling run down.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. You can also blend two or all three of your trio collection for a customised scent.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use these oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
All essential oils must be kept out of reach from children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint & Citrus essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. Use these oils with caution around pets, never use topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns contact your vet. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Can I ingest these oils?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
