Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Are essential oils safe for use during pregnancy?
The Outdoors Blend is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Use these oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
The Outdoors Blend is not recommended for use on children. All essential oils must be kept out of reach and are not suitable for children under 2 years old. See our ECO. Are these essential oils safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. Use other oil with caution around pets, never use topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns, contact your vet. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
