Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Be soothed to sleep with this beautiful combination of Mandarin, Lavender, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang & Chamomile. Using sedative essential oils, this blend has been formulated to release body tension and calm the mind to encourage a quality sleep.
Sleep Essential Oil Rollerball: Treat yourself to a soothing night's sleep with our Sleep Essential Oil Rollerball. A calming blend of essential oils including Rosemary, Lavender, Mandarin, Ylang Ylang and Chamomile oil, specially formulated to help you relax, unwind and ease into a good night's sleep. The rollerball combines our sleep blend essential oil with a carrier oil, allowing you to apply the oil directly to your skin, and avoid irritation.
How to use Sleep Duo
Sleep Essential Oil Rollerball: Apply to wrists, temples or back of neck as needed. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not wear in direct sunlight. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical conditions.
Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Diffuser:
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower:Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.
Bath:Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically:Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck before going to bed.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Citrus nobilis (Mandarin) peel oil, Lavandula intermedia (Lavendin) flower/leaf/stem oil, Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) oil, Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) flower oil, Anthemis nobilis (Roman Chamomile) flower oil.
Sleep Essential Oil Rollerball: Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) seed oil, Prunus amygdalus dulcis (Sweet Almond) oil, Glycine soja (Soybean) oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf extract, Tocopheryl acetate, Citrus nobilis (Mandarin) peel oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Olibanum, Cananga odorata flower (Ylang Ylang) oil, Anthemis nobilis flower (Chamomile) oil, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) oil.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using German Chamomile & Rosemary during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?

Is this safe to use around pets?
