Uplifting & soothing, this analgesic blend has been developed to help relieve headaches, soothe neck tension and improve mental clarity. Diffuse to help alleviate headaches or mix with a carrier oil and apply to the back to the neck to reduce tension.
• Lavender Essential Oil: Calming, relaxes muscles and reduces inflammation.
• Peppermint Essential Oil: Refreshing, analgesic, cooling.
• Rosemary Essential Oil: Increases circulation to the brain, helpful for headaches associated with being mentally tired, warming, eases muscle tension.
• Marjoram Essential Oil: Great muscle relaxant. May assist with rheumatic pains as well as sprains, strains, swollen joints, muscle pain and spasms. Has a beneficial effects on minor respiratory complaints. Used for headaches, migraines and insomnia.
• Spearmint Essential Oil: May assist with hiccups, migraines and headaches. Ideal for use in children as Spearmint Essential Oil is significantly milder than Peppermint.
• Clove Essential Oil: May help ease muscular pain and aching joints. Can help treat fungal & viral infections. Helpful for those with mental and nervous fatigue.

Apply classic headache blend neat to the back of the neck under the skull or use the blend in a warm or cool compress as required.
Add the neck tension blend to a small amount of carrier oil, massage into the neck and upper shoulders and lie down for up to ten minutes.
Alternatively, add 5-8 drops of your desired essential oils in 10ml of carrier oil in a rollerball bottle.
