How to use Sleep Easy Kit
Deep Sleep Essential Oil Trio: Add a few drops to your diffuser, bath, or mix with a carrier oil for a relaxing massage to help promote restful sleep.
Sleep Rollerball: Apply to your wrists, temples, and neck before bedtime to help calm your mind and prepare for sleep.
Bath Drops 50ml: Add a few drops to your bathwater to help relax your body and mind, preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Magnesium Bath Soak: Add your desired amount of the bath soak to the water and stir gently. Soak for at least 20 minutes, allowing the magnesium to deeply relax and soothe your muscles.
