Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We recommend avoiding essential oils during pregnancy unless advised by a qualified health professional or aromatherapist. Essential oils are generally not recommended during the first trimester. Please refer to our FAQs for information on pregnancy-safe oils.

Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are highly concentrated and may not be suitable for babies or young children. They should not be applied to babies’ skin (0–24 months), and use around children should be approached with care. Is this safe to use around pets?
