Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend:A restful blend of sedative florals designed to ease a restful night’s sleep. This blend combines Lavender, Geranium and Ylang Ylang which will naturally help calm the nervous system and promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep. Sweet dreams guaranteed.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Be soothed to sleep with this beautiful combination of Mandarin, Lavender, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang & Chamomile. Using sedative essential oils, this blend has been formulated to release body tension and calm the mind to encourage a quality sleep.

Nebulizing Diffuser:
1. Lift open the head of the Nebulizer and remove the placeholder green essential oil bottle.
2. Remove the dripulator from the essential oil bottle you wish to use.
3. Screw the essential oil bottle to the spray head.
4. Press the power button to turn on.
5. After use, press the power button again to turn power off.

Essential Oils:
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your Goodnight Oil Trio.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Citrus reticulata blanco, Lavandula x intermedia, Boswellia serrata, Lavandula angustifolia, Cananga odorata, Anthemis nobilis.

Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend: Lavandula x intermedia, Lavandula angustifolia, Pelargonium graveolens, Cananga odorata.

Snooze Essential Oil Blend: Citrus nobilis, Boswellia serrata, Thymus mastichina, Cedrus atlantica, Anthemis nobilis.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Snooze Blend contains Sweet Marjoram which is not recommended to use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
