Lemongrass essential oil is a vibrant, uplifting scent that sparks joy and offers powerful antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory benefits for both mood and wellness.

Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.

Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.

Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.

Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.

Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.

Is this essential oil safe to use during pregnancy? Lemongrass oil can be used with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil at a 1% ratio. Is this essential oil safe for children? We do not recommend using Lemongrass around children.
