How to use Essential Oil Inhale Stick
Remove the outer cap cover.
Remove the cotton stick from the canister by unscrewing the bottom cap.
Add 3-4 drops of your chosen essential oil to the cotton stick.
Insert the cotton stick back into the canister.
Screw in the bottom cap.
Inhale the essential oil by placing the Inhale stick near the nostrils.
Replace the outer cap when done.
Use as required.
