Before using your essential oil rollerball, ask yourself what exactly is the area you are trying to support. Make sure you read the label attentively. Gently roll the rollerball on the desired area and massage into the skin. You may want to apply it to your wrists, forearms, chest, back of the neck, temples, abdomen or lower back according to your needs.
