New to essential oils

The world of Aromatherapy and essential oils can be quite overwhelming for someone who hasn't dabbled in it before. A great place to start is with our essential oil blends as they are ready-made, balanced essential oil blends that can be incorporated easily into everyday routines.

Enhance mums sleep routine by:

• Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. You can also blend two or all three of your trio collection for a customized scent.

• Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help at work, in the car or anytime a quick break is needed.

• Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

• Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

• Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

DIY Recipe

A really simple bath salts recipe for Grandma (or any mum) to relax & unwind with.

Ingredients:

• Glass jar

• Bowl

• 1 cup Epsom salts

• Dried petals or herbs

• Lavender essential oil

• Rose essential oil

Method:

1. Add epsom salts to bowl with dried petals or herbs.

2. Add 6 drops of essential oils.

3. Stir well.

4. Place in jar and give another shake.
