As a majority women-driven team, ECO. heard the everyday stresses and concerns of the women around them and decided to take action. This led to the birth of Women's Essential Oil Blend. A beautiful blend of Cedarwood, Lavender, Geranium & Ylang Ylang created with women in mind to help calm, balance and harmonise.

 

From navigating hormones, ever-changing body, pregnancy, birthing, menopause and every little thing in between - it’s easy to understand that us women really do deal with a lot! This particular blend was created for each of these concerns and the ECO. women can preach it’s benefits.

What's in the Women's Essential Oil Blend?


Cedarwood: Cedarwood can help us reconnect to ourselves and others. The warm soothing scent can restore us from feelings of anger and promote a sound sleep. We tend to reach for Cedarwood when we are needing to come back to earth and within this blend that’s exactly what Cedarwood does, grounds us.

 

Lavender: Because Lavender is great for almost everything! The nurturing floral scent of Lavender essential oil gently cools and calms our spirits. popular for its relaxing and healing qualities, and has been known to improve sleep and general wellbeing - everything a woman needs.

Geranium: “The great harmoniser” gets quoted a lot when it comes to Geranium for its help in returning us from anxiety to a place of calm while retaining alertness. The deep herbaceous rose-like aroma assists us in alleviating stress and anxiety.

 

Ylang Ylang: Ylang Ylang has a deep floral aroma that is quite sedating and may help with feelings of depression, irritation and anger. Known for its soothing and comforting qualities, Ylang Ylang can have a calming effect on the nervous system and an uplifting effect on your mood. Need we say more?

How can I use this blend?


Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your Women's Essential Oil Blend to a diffuser.

 

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

 

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

 

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

 

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck. If experiencing cramping, apply to lower abdomen.

 

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

To make the women of ECO.’s life just a little bit easier, Women’s Blend also comes in a rollerball allowing safe application directly to the skin. When struggling with common menstrual concerns, apply to your lower abdomen for some relief. Apply to wrists, temples or back of neck as needed. Women’s Blend makes for a stunning natural perfume.
