What you'll need
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- Dried petals or herbs
- Essential oils of choice
- Glass jar
- Bowl
Method
- Add epsom salts to bowl with dried petals or herbs
- Add 6 drops of essential oils
- Stir well
- Place in jar and give another shake
How to use
Add to a warm bath as desired - feel free to add more essential oils to the salts when using in the bath
