Clove Pure Essential Oil: The dry and spicy fragrance of Clove, with its warm and spicy tones, gently gathers our wayward thoughts and restores and sense of clarity. Clove bud adds depth to many essential oil blends; a dusky note to florals and a grounding, spicy warmth to citrus. Clove bud oil can be used to remove mould due to its powerful anti-fungal properties.
Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil: Tea Tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) is an uplifting and stimulating essential oil. This versatile essential oil can also be used in cleaning products as an effective broad-spectrum disinfectant due to its antimicrobial action. Tea tree oil can also be added to DIY recipes for acne, hair treatments, and body wash.
Lavender Pure Essential Oil: Lavender essential oil gently cools and calms our spirits. A medicine cabinet in a bottle, Lavender oil is a must for the first aid kit. Lavender essential oil is popular for its relaxing and healing qualities and is known to improve sleep and general wellbeing. An important essential oil for skin, Lavender oil has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and regenerating properties. Include as part of your sleep rituals to help promote deep rest.
Lemon Pure Essential Oil: Like a burst of sunshine through the clouds, fresh and clean, Lemon essential oil is brimming with vitality. How to use Chantel's Beginners Kit
How to use Chantel's Beginners Kit
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add up to 5 drops of essential oil in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml carrier oil.
Face massage: Add 1 drop in 5ml carrier oil.
Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Soak your feet after a long day.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Sun Exposure Warning If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Eucalyptus during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
Is this safe for children? Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets? Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
