Frankincense Essential Oil: Often used during meditation practice, Frankincense essential oil can reduce stress and ease the mind and body into a state of relaxation.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Traditionally used in Aromatherapy to relieve hay fever, sinusitis and mild upper respiratory tract congestion.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend:

A herbal blend of essential oils traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness.

Lavender Essential Oil:

Lavender essential oil has been used traditionally in aromatherapy for calming to assist with relief of sleeplessness, stress, mild anxiety and PMS symptoms..

Diffuser:In your Bliss Diffuser, add water to fill line and add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil. You can also blend two or all of your Best-Selling Blends Collection.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower:Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath:Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically:Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale. Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE. Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Digestive Blend, Happy Head or Sinus Clear essential oil blends during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is it normal for my diffuser to spark or glow when I plug it in? If the cord is already plugged into the wall then hot electricity will be travelling from the outlet to the diffuser, this will cause a rapid draw of power when plugged in which results in a slight glowing around the cord when entering the diffuser outlet. This is normal and comparable to static electricity. If you are experiencing this then we recommend to plug the diffuser outlet in first before plugging the power point into the wall which will resolve the issue.

Is this safe for children? For children 12 years of age or older.

Is this safe to use around pets? Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Can I ingest this oil? Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
