Welcome to the ECO. Team! We are so excited that you have decided to share us with your customers and we wish you all the best on your journey of retailing our brand. 

Please read the below carefully and contact us on enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com with any questions. 

The perks: 

1. No minimum order value! 

2. Orders to be placed directly through our online portal, if orders are placed before midday we will despatch same business day. Orders placed after midday will be despatched next business day. 

3. Payment can be made through any of our available payment channels including Afterpay where you can split payments over 8 weeks

4. Constant product innovation, be sure to sign up to our email notifications to keep in the loop & be up to date with everything we are releasing

5. We offer a 12 month warranty for all items. Please note our warranty and period of warranty is directly with you (not the end customer). 12 month warranty will be available from the date you have purchased your items with us. 

The Rules

1. The store address/website that you have submitted in your application is the only authorised place to resell ECO. Modern Essentials. If you open another branch or store please contact us with the new details so we can authorise any further sites. Any sites that are not authorised to stock ECO. Modern Essentials will be required to remove the stock/online listings. 

2. You are unable to list ECO. Modern Essentials on any third party websites (e.g E-Bay, Deal Sites, Catch of the Day, Amazon, MyDeal etc). If you have any questions please contact us on enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com

3. If you are retailing ECO. Modern Essentials on your website it is your responsibility to ensure all digital content is up to date. Current product imagery can be found on ecomodernessentials.com.au 

4. When using any lifestyle imagery please always credit ecomodernessentials.com.au as the source or if sharing on social media please tag @ecomodernessentials accordingly. Content cannot be taken from ECO. Modern Essentials social media and re-posted. Re-sharing content to stories is permitted. 

5. Wholesale pricing is visible on our wholesale portal. Please note wholesale pricing is confidential and cannot be shared. Due to the nature of our products being natural we often face challenges with supply and variances in pricing, although we do our best to maintain pricing for each 12 month period we may change wholesale price to reflect and retail pricing increases. 

6. By signing up to a wholesale account you may receive email marketing information for new product launches and key information, if you wish to subscribe from these emails please do so via the 'unsubscribe' link.
