Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Make sure you make the most of your points early on!

At the checkout you will be able to select how many points you want to redeem for $ off your order. 100 points = $1 off your order. *You will not be able to redeem your points if using any other promotion or discount code.

In your rewards page you will be able to view any free gifts you are eligible for based on your VIP status. To redeem a free gift, copy the discount code from the rewards section, add the free product to your cart and then apply the discount code at the checkout.

ECO. Vip tiers are calculated by the $ amount you spend on ECO. orders within 12 months. Once you reach a tier, this will be your VIP status for the next 12 months from the day it was earned.

When your total spend crosses a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. If the tier that you have crossed into is either ECO. Lover, Specialist, Expert or VIP, this email will also include a unique coupon code for you to redeem your one-time rewards coupon. Keep in mind that coupons cannot be used in addition to the redemption of points.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Our Rewards Program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. You also earn points for following us on social media, downloading our ECO.
