I already have an ECO. account. Do I need to rejoin the loyalty program?

No need! If you have an active account, you’re automatically enrolled. If you have multiple accounts, please contact us to merge your points: enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com

How do I know when I’ve reached a new tier?

You’ll receive an email notification when your annual spend qualifies you for a new tier. Perks will apply immediately and last for 12 months from the date you enter the tier.

How do I sign up for the ECO. Rewards Program?

Signing up is easy and free. Simply create an account here and you'll be automatically enrolled in our Nurture Club. Already have an ECO. account? You’re already in!

Why join the Nurture Club?

Our rewards program offers increasing perks as you shop and engage with us. You’ll earn points for every purchase, plus bonus activities like:

I already have an account. Do I need to rejoin?

Nope! If you have an existing ECO. account, we’ve already enrolled you in our rewards program.

Where can I view my rewards info?

You can check your points, tier, and perks by visiting the rewards dashboard.

Will I earn points on past purchases?

Points only apply to purchases made after you join the program. 

What if I use multiple email addresses?

Reach out to enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com and we’ll merge your accounts.

Does it cost anything to join?

Never! Membership is 100% free.

How do I redeem points?

Redeem points at checkout using the slider. You can choose to apply:

  • 200 points = $10 off
  • 300 points = $15 off
  • 400 points = $20 off
  • 800 points = $40 off

Points cannot be redeemed with other discount codes and promotional offers

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after they're earned. Stay active by earning or redeeming points within the year. Log into your account to check your earning status progress bar.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! Earn away. The more you shop and engage, the more you get.

How is my tier calculated?

Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month spend from the day you earned it.

How do I know my current tier?

When logged into your account, your dashboard will show your current tier and its perks.

Do tier benefits expire?

Your tier lasts for 12 months from the day you qualify. Keep spending to maintain or move up a tier.

If I return a purchase, what happens to my points?

Points earned from returned items will be removed from your balance. If you redeemed points on a returned order, those points will be re-credited.

I made a purchase but didn’t earn points. What happened?

Make sure you were logged into your account during checkout. Guest checkouts don’t earn points. Contact us if you need help applying missing points.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, you both receive a reward. Your friend must be a first-time customer and use your unique link & code.

Why did my referral fail?

Ensure email addresses were entered correctly. Try sending one invite at a time or use your referral link instead.
