Can I return my box if I don't like the contents?

As these are mystery-style boxes, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. We encourage customers to purchase with the understanding that surprise is part of the Wellness Wildcard experience.

What if my order arrives damaged or leaking?

If your order arrives damaged or leaking during transit, we're here to help. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com and our team will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
