Energy Essential Oil Rollerball: Feel uplifted and refreshed with a combination of energy boosting essential oils. Increase vitality and beat the 3pm slump. With a combination of Rosemary, Lavender, Juniper and Black Pepper oils, this rollerball will allow you to apply the blend topically to wrists, temples or back of neck as needed throughout the day.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your Rest & Glow Trio.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Energy Rollerball: Apply to wrists, temples or back of neck as needed. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not wear in direct sunlight. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical conditions.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Energy Rollerball, Happy Head or Women's Blend during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
