Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Mulled Wine Blend to your diffuser to create a warm, cosy and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

Quick fix: Take a few deep inhalations from the bottle whenever you need a moment of comfort, grounding or seasonal warmth during a busy day.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and allow the steam to release the rich, spicy aroma for a comforting aromatic experience.

Bath: Add up to 5 drops in a dispersant such as carrier oil before adding to the bath to create a luxurious and warming soak.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of neck for a comforting personal aroma. Perform a patch test prior to use.

Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml carrier oil for a warming and comforting massage blend.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use this blend with care during pregnancy. Best suited for diffusion or highly diluted topical application (1% dilution ratio). Due to the warming spice oils in this blend, we recommend avoiding use during the first trimester unless under the guidance of a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0–24 months) and may be overwhelming for developing systems. This blend contains warming spice oils and should be used with extra care around young children. When diffusing, use fewer drops than for an adult (2-3 drops recommended) and diffuse in a well-ventilated area. See our ECO. Little range for more child-friendly blends.

Is this safe to use around pets?
This blend contains citrus and warming spice oils that may not be suitable for use around pets, particularly cats and small animals. Always diffuse in a well-ventilated area and ensure pets can leave the room if desired. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before using essential oils around pets.
