How to use Marble Diffuser

Remove the cover. Fill the water tank to or below MAX level. Add 4-6 drops of essential oil into the water tank. Place cover back. Choose your mist and light setting and enjoy the therapeutic benefits!

Mist & Timer Setting: Press top side edge to turn on mist. 1st press: Continuous mist 2nd press: Intermittent 15 secs on/15 secs off mist 3rd press: 2 hours mist 4th press: 4 hours mist 5th press: Turn off mist and light

Light Setting: Tap side of cover to change light function. 1st tap: 50% brightness 2nd tap: 100% brightness 3rd tap: 25% brightness 4th tap: Turn off light

Frequently asked questions

Does this product have a warranty? Yes all ECO. Accessories have a 12 month warranty.Please use USB C Cable and compatible SAA approved power adapter provided. This diffuser is not a cordless model.

Will my diffuser turn off when the water runs out? Yes, your diffuser will turn off automatically when the water runs out. The mist function has an auto shut off feature that activates once the tank is empty. Please note that the light will not automatically turn off when the tank is empty.

How often should I clean the diffuser? We recommend cleaning the Marble diffuser with a wet cloth after a few uses or each time you change essential oils. Refer to the instruction manual for more details.

Can I use the mist function without the light? You have the option to use the light and mist functions either together or separately, and can adjust various settings for each function.

Too sensitive to touch & bright light

"I was so excited about this diffuser until I got one for Christmas! It’s on our bedside table - it doesn’t take a “touch” to come on, simply opening or closing a bedroom door turns it on, or putting your phone down nest to it, or rolling move in bed, nothing wakes you up like a bright light in the middle of the night! Not only that, when the diffuser is diffusing, the “on” light is bright green…. nit exactly zen, it lights up the whole room at night. Turning the diffuser setting on & off it makes a beep sound. So disappointed, worst diffuser I’ve had."

"I love the look of this diffuser, the glow is lovely but it is 'twitchy' in operation. the lights go on and off at random, and the process to turn the diffuser on and off by pushing down is also hit & miss - a switch would be much easier. But the overall effect once it is going is nice."
