How to use Her Pack Collection
How to use Her Pack Collection
Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.
Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.
Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.
Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.

Is this essential oils safe to use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Feminine Energy or Women's Blend during pregnancy. Other oils can be used with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil at a 1% ratio. Avoid using all essential oils during the first trimester unless under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. For more information, see our full list of pregnancy-safe oils in our FAQs.
Are these essential oils safe for children? Keep out of children's reach at all times. Essential oils are generally too strong for babies under 24 months and may overwhelm their developing systems. When diffusing, use fewer drops than you would for adults (around 2–3 drops). Explore our ECO.
