What you need:

• 100ml spray bottle
• 2 tablespoons witch hazel or vodka
• 10–15 drops Brain Power Essential Oil Blend
• Distilled water

Method:

1. Add the witch hazel or vodka to your spray bottle.
2. Add 10-15 drops of Brain Power Essential Oil Blend.
3. Top with distilled water.
4. Secure the lid and shake well to combine.
