Eucalyptus Essential oil: Eucalyptus oil (globulus) is a camphorous & clearing aroma for the mind & body. Known for its healing properties, Eucalyptus oil can be used for treating respiratory and throat infections or added to your daily routine in the shower, bath, and DIY treatments for skin and hair.
Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Blue Mallee Eucalyptus has a warm and clearing aroma, reminiscent of a soothing day spa. The familiar camphorous scent of Eucalyptus is medicinal and clearing to the mind. Well-known for its healing effects on the respiratory system eucalyptus is an antiseptic, expectorant and may help reduce fever.
Lemon Essential Oil: Like a burst of sunshine through the clouds, fresh and clean, Lemon essential oil is brimming with vitality. The aroma of lemon conjures up thoughts of cleansing, detoxifying and clearing.
Cinnamon Essential Oil: Cinnamon is one of the most powerful antibacterial essential oils. Cinnamon is perfect to use in cleaning products and in the diffuser contributing a warm depth to blends.
How to use Bathroom Cleaning Kit
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen oils to a diffuser.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Cleaning: Add up to 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil with 20 drops of your favourite Lemon essential oil to a 100ml spray bottle. Fill with half Witch Hazel & distilled water, shake well and use as a surface disinfectant.

Free Spirit Essential Oil Blend: Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange Oil) , Myroxylon pereirae (Peru Balsam Oil), Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Oil), Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli Oil) , Citrus aurantifolia (Lime Oil)
Peppermint Essential Oil: Mentha piperita.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Eucalyptus globulus.
Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Eucalyptus polybractea.
Lemon Essential Oil: Citrus limon.
Cinnamon Essential Oil: Cinnamomum verum (leaf)
Frequently asked questions
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Free Spirit essential oil blend is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
We also do not recommend using Peppermint or Eucalyptus during pregnancy. Safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired.
Use essential oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
Is this safe for children?
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint and Citrus (including Lemon) essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.

DIY Bathroom Cleaner.
Bathroom Cleaning Kit
1 cup distilled water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon baking soda
10 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
5 drops Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Essential Oil
3 drops Cinnamon Essential Oil
In a spray bottle, combine 1 cup of distilled water with 1/2 cup of white vinegar.
Add 10 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil, 5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil, 5 drops of Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 3 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil to the water-vinegar mixture.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of baking soda into the mixture. Baking soda helps with scrubbing and enhances cleaning power.
Close the spray bottle and shake well to combine all the ingredients.
Spray the cleaner onto bathroom surfaces such as countertops, sinks, tiles, and shower walls.
This homemade cleaner not only effectively cleans your bathroom but also leaves a pleasant and refreshing scent, thanks to the combination of these essential oils. Adjust the essential oil quantities based on your preference for scent strength and cleaning power.
