Thyme Essential Oil:
Did you know due to Thyme's antimicrobial and immune stimulant properties, Thyme could be used to treat small areas of skin infection.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add up to 5 drops of oil in a dispersant such as oil or honey, to the bath.

Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water to treat nail infections.

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Cleaning: Add up to 40 drops in 500ml/16.9fl.oz of water in a spray bottle for a surface disinfectant.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend:
For external use only by inhalation.
Adults and children 12 years and over.
Use as required up to 6 times per day.
By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale.
Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?Oregano essential oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Use essential oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this safe for children?
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
