Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or all three of your Headache Ease Trio.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

Steam Treatment: For the respiratory system, add 1 drop of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment as Peppermint steam may cause irritation.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale. Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE. Happy Head Essential Oil Blend: Mentha piperita, Lavandula angustifolia, Boswellia serrata, Eucalyptus globulus.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Active ingredients: Each mL contains 25%v/v essential oils from each of: Citrus X Paradisi Fruit Peel, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Leaf, Citrus Aurantifolia Fruit, Mentha Arvensis Leaf.

Peppermint Pure Essential Oil: Mentha piperita.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Peppermint during pregnancy. Safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired. Is this safe for children? Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends.
