Lavender Essential Oil: A light floral aroma, well known for its relaxing and healing qualities. Lavender is a nerve tonic and is beneficial for times of stress, irritation and sleeplessness.
Peppermint Essential Oil: A fresh and invigorating essential oil to uplift the spirit, stimulate mental clarity and improve concentration.
Diffuser: In your Marble Diffuser, add water to fill line and add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil. You can also blend two or all three of your Favourites Collection.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Sun Exposure Warning. If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Women's Blend, Australian Shores Blend, Peppermint essential oil, and Immune Support Blend during pregnancy. Is this safe for children? We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil
Is this safe to use around pets? Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
Can I ingest this oil? Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
Does this product have a warranty? Yes all ECO. Accessories have a 12 month warranty.Please use USB C Cable and compatible SAA approved power adapter provided.
How often should I clean the diffuser? We recommend cleaning the Marble diffuser with a wet cloth after a few uses or each time you change essential oils. Refer to the instruction manual for more details. *please note this diffuser is not a cordless style and does need to be plugged in to use.
