Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. You can also blend two or all three of your trio collection for a customised scent.

If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Kindred Spirit Blend, Day Spa Blend, Support Blend or Grounding Root Chakra Blend during pregnancy. Avoid using all essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. Best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Is this safe for children?
We do not recommend using Day Spa as the blend contains Peppermint and Eucalyptus which are too stimulating for children. These oils must be kept out of reach and are not suitable for children under 2 years old. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Is this safe to use around pets?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
