How to use Seduction Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Seduction essential oil blend to a diffuser.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops of Seduction essential oil blend to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add up to 5 drops of essential oil in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml carrier oil. See our Seduction Ritual below
Face massage: Add 1 drop of Seduction essential oil blend in 5ml carrier oil.
Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Soak your feet after a long day.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Seduction Essential Oil Blend
Add 20 drops of Seduction Essential Oil Blend to a carrier oil of your choice to create a massage oil.
Use the massage oil to massage your partner, and have them return the favour. This releases the scent of the oil while activating your partner's muscle systems and boosting their blood flow.
With your partner lying on their front, spend 30 seconds each on the main areas of the back: Neck, Shoulders, Upper Back, Lower Back, Left arm and Right Arm. Gently rub your hands on the main areas using long and firm movements.
Repeat twice for a 6-minute massage.
Once you feel relaxed, connected and appreciated, spend 10 minutes drawing a selection of connection cards and answering honestly and truthfully.
