How to use Protection Essential Oil Blend

  • Diffusing: Add a few drops to your diffuser to create a calming, protective atmosphere. Perfect for bedrooms, living spaces, or anytime you need emotional balance and a sense of calm.
  • Topical: Blend a few drops with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points or the back of the neck for soothing, restorative self-care and skin nourishment.
  • Steam Inhalation: Add 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply to relieve nervous tension and promote mental clarity.
