1. Remove the outer glass cover.

2. Remove the inner plastic lid.

3. Fill water tank to or below MAX water mark level (90ml).

4. Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil from the HER pack. Note: only use pure essential oils, synthetic fragrances may damage the diffuser.

5. Replace the inner plastic lid and outer glass cover

6. Plug the adapter into the base of the diffuser, then connect it to a power outlet

7. Press down gently on the top of the diffuser (above the power button side) to turn it on. Press again to change between light modes

Does this product have a warranty?

Is it normal for my diffuser to spark or glow when I plug it in?
If you notice a brief spark or glow when connecting your diffuser, this is normal and similar to static electricity. To avoid this, plug the cord into the diffuser first, then into the wall outlet.

Are citrus essential oils safe in the sun?
If applying citrus oils or blends containing citrus to the skin, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this essential oil safe to use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Feminine Energy or Women’s Blend during pregnancy. Other oils may be used with care—ideally in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil at a 1% ratio. Is this essential oil safe for children?
Keep essential oils out of children’s reach at all times. Essential oils are generally too strong for babies under 24 months. When diffusing around children, use fewer drops (2–3). Explore our ECO. Is this essential oil safe to use around pets?
We do not recommend using essential oils containing Citrus, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, or Ylang Ylang around pets. Always store essential oils out of reach, and if you have any concerns, consult your veterinarian.
