1. Remove the outer glass cover.

2. Remove the inner plastic lid.

3. Fill water tank to or below MAX water mark level (90ml).

4. Add 6-8 drops of your chosen oil from the ECO. Favourites Collection. Note: only use pure essential oils, synthetic fragrances may damage the diffuser.

5. Replace the inner plastic lid and outer glass cover

6. Plug the adapter into the base of the diffuser, then connect it to a power outlet

7. Press down gently on the top of the diffuser (above the power button side) to turn it on. Press again to change between light modes

Is this essential oil safe to use during pregnancy?
In this collection, avoid using Australian Shores Blend, Immune Support Blend, Sinus Clear Blend, Peppermint, and Women's Blend during pregnancy. Essential oils can be used with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil at a 1% ratio. Is this essential oil safe for children?
Suitable for children 12 years and over. In this collection, avoid using Australian Shores Blend, Peppermint, and Women's Blend. Essential oils should be used with caution around children. Oils are generally too strong for babies under 24 months and may overwhelm their developing systems. When diffusing, use fewer drops than for adults (around 2–3 drops). Explore our ECO. Is this essential oil safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus, Eucalyptus, and Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. Always store essential oils out of reach, and if you have concerns, consult your veterinarian. Can I ingest this essential oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless advised by a qualified health professional or aromatherapist.

Does this product have a warranty?
Yes, all ECO. Accessories come with a 12-month warranty.

Is it normal for my diffuser to spark or glow when I plug it in?
If the cord is already plugged into the wall, electricity travelling from the outlet to the diffuser can cause a slight glow around the cord where it enters the diffuser. This is normal and comparable to static electricity. To prevent this, plug the diffuser outlet in first before connecting the power point to the wall.
